The materials choice is an important process in our production. Sometimes we use unconventional fibers to reach the goal and the final result usually exceed customer expectations.
A combination of different fibers is often needed for producing high quality textile materials. We have all the equipment needed for preparing complex threads.
We use 10 different types of weavings. Some of them are our own development. Therefore our range of cords is that wide and we can say without exaggeration that we know everything about high temperature cords.
All our products are periodically tested in laboratory furnaces in different temperature modes. Having our own laboratory equipment greatly facilitates the innovative research of our employees.

Insulating cords of cross section braiding have denser structure than those cords of other types. They are produced of square, round and rectangular sections and come in sizes from 4 to 80 mm.
The cords high density allows them to be used for hot gas systems sealant and in places where density and cord size accuracy are determining factors.
The heat-insulating cords with fillers are same in appearance as the cords of cross section braiding, but have a softer structure. They consist of a tight outer braid and a high temperature filler, which is usually based on a glass, basalt or ceramic fiber.
They are often used in places where the cross section braiding cords application require additional, more precise refinement of the mounting seat or the insulating surface.
The cords with fillers are made of round, oval, square, rectangular or trapezoidal shape of cross section and come in sizes from 12 to 150 mm.
The cross section braiding cords have a dense structure and are usually used in new equipment.
The cords with fillers do not differ in appearance from the cross section braiding cords, but have a softer structure.
The cords of this group do not contain dense braid. They consist of a soft core based on a mineral, basal or ceramic fiber, braided with a net of high temperature thread.
These cords are widely used in construction as a joint sealing with great soundproofing features and as a heat insulator of air duct systems.
The cords in a net braid are made of round cross section of diameters from 10 to 150 mm.
The cords are used as lagging in welding, which doesn’t let the weld to cool down fast to avoid welding defects.
The twisted cords consist of separated threads twisted into a single bundle.
Diameters from 2 till 20 mm.
The cords structure allows it to be used as a universal sealant, because it is easy to disband and to put into gaps and holes of different configurations and shapes.
For some cords the braiding doesn’t matter during the operation process and all functions are carried out by the core. Therefore, the temperatures of braidings and cores are shown separately on the diagram.
