Gland packing are produced under the IZOLOCK trademark. In our assortment there are more than 30 types of high-quality gland packing that meet the highest standards and requirements
IZOLOCK gland packing are made from asbestos-free fibers, such as natural, synthetic and inorganic fibers. They significantly outperform asbestos packing in all technical parameters and are not toxic. The IZOLA company produces packing of square, round and rectangular sections. Compositions developed for each type of thread are used as impregnations.
We produce cords of square, round, rectangular and trapezoid sections. Maximum operating temperature of the cords produced under our trademark IZOPACK is over +1250 C, while this parameter of asbestos cords reaches only +450 C
Heat-insulating sealing IZOPACK cords are made of high-temperature yarns with low thermal conductivity. We produce cords of round, square, rectangular and trapezoid sections. The cords are divided into four main groups: of cross section braiding, with fillers, twisted and in mesh braid.
The IZOPLET protective sleeves strongly protect electric cables, hoses and other units from thermal, chemical, mechanical and other types of impacts
We manufacture the IZOPLET protective sleeves from different high-temperature yarns and combinations of them. They provide reliable protection of hoses, cables and sleeves from direct temperature exposure, direct fire and molten metal splashes. The braided sleeves provide reliable protection for temperatures under +1250 C. The coating sleeves protect from mechanical impacts as punctures, cuts and abrasion, soakings, reactive environments and external environment impacts.

The IZOLTEX insulating cloths are made from different high-temperature fibers and their combinations. The provide effective protection of equipment and staff from direct exposure to high temperature, direct fire and molten metal splashes. The cloths application temperature is under +1250 C. The cloths with coatings protect from mechanical impacts as punctures, cuts and abrasion, soakings, reactive environments and atmospheric exposures.
The IZOFLOX cardboards are offered as plates, rolls or as gaskets. They are asbestos-free, have low thermal conductivity and withstand temperatures up to +1500 C
The IZOFLOX boards are a good alternative to asbestos boards. They consist of high-temperature fibers, such as basalt, mineral ceramic and calcium-silica fibers, as well as of inorganic binders and mineral fillers. The IZOFLOX boards can be divided in 3 conditional groups: hard, moulded and flexible cardboards. They are easy to process and work with.
